ADMIN ASSISTANT 


Job responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support such as invoicing, data input, paperwork and filing of documents.  

  • Handle and coordinate procurement, shipping and logistics.

  • Respond to telephone calls and emails.

  • Liaison between customers and suppliers.


Requirements: 

  • Min 'N' level or ITE.  Computer literate

  • Able to read, write & communicate in English and Chinese.  

  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be advantage. 

  • Organised, positive working attitude, and able to work independently 

  • Willingness to learn and good time management

  • Candidates without experience and fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Singaporean only

 

Additional information : 

  • 5 days work week: 9am to 6pm

  • Location:  Sin Ming (Midview City)
